Healthy Benefits of Magnetic Jewelry

Healthy Benefits of Magnetic Jewelry - HandmadeandCraft.com

I’m excited to have my friend Melanie from Beads-N-Style visiting today with this lovely guest post.

———-

I first heard about therapeutic magnetic jewelry about 7 years ago.  My husband had purchased one to see if it would help alleviate some of the pain he experienced in his wrists that was caused by arthritis.  This was the first time I had heard about using magnets to reduce pain and, to be honest, I was a bit skeptical.

However, I’ve learned a lot over the last 7 years about how magnets work to alleviate pain and to improve overall health.  I have seen how it helped my husband with his pain and I have worn magnetic jewelry to help with pain I have from arthritis in my ankles.  I have seen my customers find relief from pain and experiencing life in a whole new way.  It really does work!

It is so great that magnetic jewelry helps to decrease pain, but what’s even better is that this is not the only benefit of wearing magnetic jewelry.  There are 4 major benefits to wearing magnetic bracelets….

  1. Decrease in pain – pain from arthritis, carpal tunnel and others is relieved as the magnetism in the beads works with your body to reduce inflammation in the area where the bracelet is worn.
  2. Improved circulation – when worn regularly, the magnetic field attracts iron in the blood and stimulates blood flow.  The result is that blood flows easier and the body, tissues, muscles and organs receive more oxygen and nutrients.
  3. Increased energy levels – as circulation is improved the heart doesn’t have to work as hard which will give a much needed boost to energy levels.
  4. Lower blood pressure – this is also a result of improved circulation.  As circulation improves, there is less fluid to push through the body which brings a natural decrease in blood pressure.

These 4 benefits together result in feeling better, hurting less, and feeling more energized and less lethargic.

There a number of conditions that respond well to magnets, including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis, Repetitive Strain Injuries, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, High Blood Pressure, and Tennis Elbow.

If you’re interested in more information about wearing therapeutic magnetic jewelry, you might want to visit my blog and read my blog series “Why Doesn’t My Magnetic Bracelet Work?”.   In this series, you’ll learn how magnetic beads work and best practices for wearing magnetic jewelry to ensure it will be effective.
