Essential oils can make a world of difference in your everyday life. Wouldn’t you rather use a drop of oil instead of a couple pills when you can? I know I would!
Peppermint gets used all the time around here. Here are a couple ways to try it…but, there are so many more!
- Occasional Headaches – Rub a drop of Peppermint essential oil on your temples and a drop or two at the base of your neck. Sometimes I put a drop on my forehead.
- Motion Sickness – Take two drops of Peppermint or a Peppermint beadlet. Rub a couple drops on your belly.
My family uses Breathe for quite a few reasons and LOVE it! I’ve actually used this one for about 4 years. It’s the first essential oil I ever tried and I was amazed at what it could do. It has saved us many trips to the doctor.
Deep Blue will help any strained muscle in minutes. Talk about first aid…you’ll want to have this one around for when you need it!
